What starts as a weekend of music can grow into something that reshapes how a place is seen, felt, and talked about for years. This panel brings together some of the most prominent minds in the global festival and live entertainment space to get into what that actually looks like in practice. The conversation will cover the real work behind building festivals that stick — the creative decisions, the cultural negotiations, the economic ripple effects, and the fine line between serving a local community and opening it up to the world.
